Solutions · Real estate

The worst-scoring segment we measured.

Agencies sell appointments: inspections, appraisals, callbacks. Not one of the five we scanned had an action an agent could complete, and two had no way in at all.

01What we measured

5 real estate agencies in Sydney, scored the same way.

Scanned on one day with one tool. Every figure below is counted out of that run, and the per-site reports are linked at the foot of this page.

02What an agent hits

What an agent hits on a real estate site.

This is the segment where the gap is widest, which is why it is the one worth showing.

  • 0 of 5 had a form or booking widget.

Not one. The scanner found no booking, quote or contact form it could complete on any of the five.

  • 2 of 5 had nothing at all.

No form and no phone link. Not even a number an agent could read off the page, which is the lowest bar there is.

  • 0 of 5 could be booked by an agent.

The mean score across the five was 31.4, the lowest of the three segments measured.

  • Nothing publishes what it can do.

All five publish no WebMCP, no MCP endpoint and no machine-readable catalogue of listings, inspections or appraisals.

03What changes

What it looks like once the actions are callable.

The distance between the score and the reality is the whole opportunity.

  • A browser found four of five.

The same five sites, opened in a real browser, produced a complete action map on four. Nothing was missing but a way to reach it.

  • Inspections and appraisals become callable.

An agent can ask what is listed and book the inspection, on the site you already have.

  • You approve every action first.

Nothing runs against your agency until you have verified that action type and set its limits.

  • Nothing until a booking lands.

Scanning and traffic reporting are free. Beyond that you pay per completed booking, priced under what an enquiry already costs you.

Where this stands

No agency is running Frontlatch. The scanner and the tracker are built and free; the hosted layer that makes an inspection bookable is being built and is not available today.
