Solutions · Clinics

Your booking system takes appointments. Agents cannot reach it.

Most clinics already run software that books patients. It sits behind a button an agent cannot find and a form an agent cannot finish.

01What we measured

5 clinics in Sydney, scored the same way.

Scanned on one day with one tool. Every figure below is counted out of that run, and the per-site reports are linked at the foot of this page.

02What an agent hits

What an agent hits on a clinic site.

The booking exists. The scanner could not see it from the page.

  • 1 of 5 showed a form or widget at all.

On the other four the scanner found nothing to complete but a phone number.

  • A booking button is not a booking action.

The highest scorer in the whole fifteen-site sample is a clinic, and it still has no action an agent could complete.

  • Nothing publishes what it can do.

All five publish no WebMCP, no MCP endpoint and no machine-readable catalogue of what the practice treats or when it is free.

03What changes

What it looks like once the actions are callable.

This is the most interesting result in the sample, and it is good news.

  • The scanner saw one. A browser found four.

Open the same five sites in a real browser and four produce a complete action map. The bookings are real; they are invisible from the HTML.

  • An agent asks, then books.

What you treat, when you are free, and the appointment itself, into the system you already run.

  • Why clinics are second and not first.

A health enquiry carries more risk than a quote request, so the approval gate and the limits on what an agent may fill matter more. We would rather build that properly.

  • Nothing until an appointment is booked.

Scanning and traffic reporting are free. Beyond that you pay per completed appointment, priced under what a patient enquiry already costs you.

Where this stands

No clinic is running Frontlatch. The scanner and the tracker are built and free; the owner approval gate that a health booking needs is being built and is not available today.

The same scan that produced every number on this page. Free, and free permanently.

Scanning is not self-serve yet. Your mail client opens and a person reads it.
