You do not install anything on your website. An AI app asks Frontlatch, Frontlatch looks up your listing, and a job request comes to you as a card.
Find, then a job card
The app searches for a plumber and reads what your site already offers: a booking, a phone number, a contact form. When it sends a booking, you get a job card by email and in the console. You accept, decline, or send a quote. The time is not booked until you say so.
What you pay
An accepted trades job is A$30. Listing the business is free, and an enquiry is free. The first 5 billable bookings on a new site are free. A confirmed booking that is not a job is A$3.
What stays with the customer
A password, a card number, and a CAPTCHA never pass through Frontlatch. If the customer has not said yes in their own chat, the request is not sent.
