Listing a business is free. An enquiry is free. A confirmed booking is A$3, including a restaurant booking. A restaurant is charged per booking, not per cover.
A job
A job is an accepted trades job or quote, a legal consult, a property appraisal, or a software demo. That fee is A$30.
A deposit
When the customer pays a deposit, the total they pay includes a Frontlatch booking fee of A$2. Show that total. Do not add the fee on top, and do not describe it as a card fee. The fee is refunded if the business cancels.
What is free
There is no monthly fee and no cap. The first 5 billable bookings on a new site are free. Sign-up, sign-in, a newsletter, an info lookup, a contact enquiry, and any action set to run on its own are never billed. Hair, beauty and health are billed for a new customer only. A no-show or an existing customer is credited. All prices are in AUD.
