A customer can ask ChatGPT for a plumber. ChatGPT can send you that job only after the business is claimed and the booking is switched on.
Add Frontlatch in ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT in a browser on a computer, then open Plugins. Tap the plus, then Add custom MCP server. Name it Frontlatch, paste https://frontlatch.com/mcp, tick the box, and tap Create.
That address works with no Frontlatch account. Reading works, and a booking waits for you to accept it. To attach the calls to your account, use https://frontlatch.com/mcp/auth and sign in.
Claim the business and switch the booking on
Sign in at the console, claim the domain, and open Actions. Switch the booking on and set the email that should receive the job card. Until those are done, a request is refused and the caller is given your website and phone.
What you receive
ChatGPT finds the business and sends the booking. You get a job card by email and in the console. You accept it, decline it, or send a quote. Nothing is booked until you do. An accepted trades job is A$30.
